After the conference, authors will be invited to submit a full article on the topics of their presentation for possible publication in the prospective Journal article collection.

Submission deadline and peer-review process

Submissions are accepted until February 28, 2025.

All submitted manuscripts shall undergo the standard peer review process of the Journal.

The review process of each manuscript will be conducted independently and as efficiently as possible. Indeed, once a manuscript is received, it will be sent out for reviews immediately. Once accepted, it will rapidly go into production, and will then be published both in the current regular issue of the journal and in the virtual special issue available in ScienceDirect.

Instructions for submissions

All manuscripts must be original and shall be submitted using the Journal online submission platform.

Guest editors will perform a quick pre-screening about the suitability of the received submissions for the article collection and will send further instructions to authors.
