Registration fees
The following registration options are available. They all include full access to the workshop sessions, coffee breaks and lunches.
- Early registration: by June 30, 2023
This is the recommended registration option, which allows us to charge the smallest fees. Prospective speakers are kindly invited to use this option.
- Full access: Eur 220.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 170.00
- Does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Standard registration: by July 15, 2023
- Full access: Eur 270.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 220.00
- Does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Late registration: by August 25, 2023
- Full access: Eur 320.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner. Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 270.00
- Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions.
This option does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- On-site registration: by September 5, 2023
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 350.00
- On-site registrants will be accepted subject to seats availability. The only accepted on-site payment methods will be cash, real-time bank transfers, or real-time transactions via PayPal.com (via credit/debit card or PayPal wallet).
We cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions.
This option does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.

- Our preferred payment method is a SEPA bank transfer. However, we do accept payments by credit/debit cards via PayPal.com as well as by PayPal wallets, although in this case we will apply the relevant PayPal commissions to them.
