Registration fees
The following registration options are available. They all include full access to the workshop sessions, coffee breaks and lunches and cover one presentation.
- Early registration: by October 10, 2025
This is the recommended registration option, which allows us to charge the smallest fees. Prospective speakers are kindly invited to use this option.
- Full access: Eur 250.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 200.00
- Does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Standard registration: by November 10, 2025
- Full access: Eur 300.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 250.00
- Does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- Late registration: by November 30, 2025
- Full access: Eur 350.00
- Includes a ticket to join the social dinner. Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions.
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 300.00
- Although we will do our best, we cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions. This option does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.
- On-site registration: by December 12, 2025
- Full access, no social dinner: Eur 350.00
- On-site registrants will be accepted subject to seats availability. The only accepted on-site payment methods will be cash, real-time bank transfers, or online real-time transactions (via credit/debit card or wallet).
We cannot guarantee proper consideration of dietary restrictions.
This option does not include a ticket to join the social dinner.

- Our preferred payment method is a SEPA bank transfer. However, we do accept payments by credit/debit cards as well as by digital wallets, although in this case we will apply the relevant commissions to them. You will be able to review all applicable commissions when proceeding with the payment.
