Aims and Scope

The European Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology (EAST) is a non-profit organisation based in Italy.

The aims and scope of the Association are as follows:

• To act as a meeting and aggregation point for cultural interests on any aspect of science and technology
• To promote the dissemination of scientific and technological research at large
• To promote networking among scientists and technological businesses both at a national and international level.

EAST pursues the aims and scope above in various ways, among which:

• By organising cultural and scientific events and forums
• By producing scientific and technical material for dissemination purposes
• By supporting young researchers in various forms.
